I'm not 100% sure as I don't recall him being a problem or having stories out there about his attitude. Of course in WWE it's a diff ball game so that could be true considering how much he floundered at the end In TNA tho he seemed to be on his best behavior if he did have attitude problems
I dont have sources (besides Punk which is..biased source) since it was all from the time he was still employed and soon after. But I remember there being talks of Burkeh being really disrespectful and a jerk. Probably could be Punk just being salty because him and the dude clearly don't like each other to the point they couldn't even really be professional in the ring
However, I can imagine Elijah probably walked around like his shit don't stink since he was young and looked to be a big up and comer in WWE at the time

So, how long until he turns against the Being The Elite crew? At this rate, it's a matter of when rather than if.

Only backstage Elijah story I recall is that after Flair's last ECW match - where he teamed with Shelton against Flair and Punk - Elijah asked Flair to sign Elijah's pair of tights from the match.

I don’t think they have a personal relationship. Probably more a hi and small convo if I see you kind of thing

I don't see how the new suit won't get thrown out too

From my reading then the judge saw that there was something to the lawsuit to be argued but it wasn't worded correctly.
Which is why it wasn't thrown out entirely.

The judge got pissed that the headphones Colt sold him broke down. In all seriousness just a shitty situation all around, Colt makes a nice living thanks to prowrestlingtees and I assume the podcast is still profitable, but losing two hundred grand will set him back for years, just a damn shame.
You can’t even trust your own friends in wrestling, he should’ve asked Punk to sign a paper promising that he was gonna pay for everything.
I hope they end up settling and Colt gets something because if he keeps this up, Colt is gonna be on the hole for more.

Colt Cabana should’ve been a multi millionaire.
Kevin Owens, Zayn, Young Bucks, everybody in wrestling who ever started a podcast owes everything to him. This wasn’t how his story was supposed to end damnit.

What he should do is have his lawyer stand up and say “Your Honour, the defendant, Mr. Brooks, calls himself CM Punk but it’s more like CM Bunk!!! I rest my case”.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, it's absolutely insane that the doctor who started this and lost handily isn't in any way responsible for their legal fees.

I think it's insane how that guy is a doctor. I'm not entirely sure how legal stuff works in America or even my own country tbh, but the second it was revealed the doctor had been giving information about a patient (to the group chat with Jericho and etc.), he should have lost his license.

Punk said that his lawyer told him that he could sue Amann to get the money back but Punk told him that he didn’t want to waste another two to three years of his life again. Well at least Dr Zpak will always be remembered as a joke until the day he dies.

So what’s different in the lawsuit to give Cabana hope in succeeding?

So in theory can a talk show host like Jimmy Fallon or Jimmy Kimmel be also sued if a guest says something inflammatory on their show? Seriously, Colt Cabana better get his money. Also, "Loeb & Loeb"? In my headcanon now, Lisa Loeb has two equally beautiful sisters who are lawyers, and are cleared to practice in the state of Illinois (along with 3 other states and the District of Columbia apparently ).
