Brock and the WWE are getting a ton of heat for this but I think that was the point. It’s sure got people talking. Cool, all that talking will help the next time we talk about record low TV ratings. USA and FOX’ll be pleased about the amount it got people talking. Brock wasn’t the reason for the record low. If anything he’s being given this spot to pop a rating. With all the attention they could get a slightly higher rating this week. That could make WWE happy and they might push Brock in a main event spot again. I guess if people don’t like it they shouldn’t watch but I think many people will just to see what happens next.

OK, so it sounds like Ali (jesus f***ING christ these mononames) knew absolutely everything about the spot and when it would happen and how; he just didn't know exactly who was going to work it with him?
Ehh. OK, that isn't like the MOST dangerous thing they coulda done, then.

Don’t buy it at all. Even if they weren’t told surely Lesnar was a guy that they thought would show up. I figured it out so would be surprised if they didn’t. I was expecting either Wyatt or Lesnar. Shame it wasn’t Wyatt.

There are a very few glimpses of promise inside of WWE's product, but the rest of WWE is devolving into Dixie Carter's fiasco in TNA. WWE is unraveling into TNA right before our very eyes as we speak. It's becoming a Dixie Carter-esque trainwreck. It's worse. Dixie was in over her head from the jump, didn't have any business acumen. Vince has decades of "business savy" results (cough) and is going down so badly some assume it's a sabotage effort.

Brock wasn’t the reason for the record low. No but with ratings slumping lower and lower even with him on some shows, you are completely kidding yourself if he’s not a symptom of the wider disease WWE has right now. He hasn’t shown himself to be any kind of draw for a really long time and I don’t even hate the guy as much as others do.

I know it's not safe and Seth's a person etc. But i would love Brock's cash in to be a legit version of that limp wristed swinging Alexa tried doing last year.
Just nonchalantly ****ing decimates Rollins, to the point some crying child says "stop. Stop. He's already dead". The case is a twisted visage of itself, you'd be convinced they went back to the Brand Colored Cases by the end.
Dont even want brock as champ. Or dislike rollins. I just want the moment.

That's f***ing hilarious, lol. Like, oh shit, gotta stop Randy Orton and Ricochet from leaking it to the dirtsheets. Those f***ing rascals.

I get what they’re going for with Brock. Maybe it will help. Maybe it won’t. I think there are a lot of fans that are terrified that it will get a rating tonight.

Like, again, even during the busiest time of the year wrestling wise where the most fans would usually be watching, his presence didn’t change anything so suddenly giving him a briefcase he’ll likely cash in for some dumb match in Saudi Arabia is going to?

Brock is one of the last legit superstars left. He gets attention with a proper push. The whole perception of him changed when he ended Taker’s streak. He wasn’t doing too well before that but things sure changed for him after. If he pops a rating I could see WWE investing in him again. WWE is grasping at their options and Brock is one that has worked in the past so only time will tell.

I like it cause now with Lesnar's sporadic WWE appearances literally anytime he bothers to show up every other month could be a huge tease of him Cashing In right there.

I know he obviously knew he wasn't winning beforehand but I still can't get over that Finn Balor powerbomb. That was one of the most dangerous and brutal things I've ever seen. He could have damn near killed himself or crippled himself at best for no reason other than entertaining YOU PEOPLE only for Brocky to stroll in and take the glory. And Ali got wrecked and bloodied too. Such rough stuff. Like besides the money obviously, what is the reward for putting your body on the line like that? Not saying if you do dumb dangerous shit then you deserve a title but still.

Brock is the one huge name they have available that can still go on a regular basis (as long as they pay him) so I get why they brought him back but they really need to build dudes who can challenge him. Like not beat him by kicking him in the dick, build someone who will dismantle him.
As for not telling the people in the match that Brock was involved, that just seems like a recipe for disgruntled talent...

Yeah the Finn/Andrade Sunset Flip Powerbomb on the Ladder spot was probably the best spot I've ever seen in a MITB match. I'm watching Super Showdown specifically to see what The Demon vs El Idolo has in store for us next, since they usually always turn the feud up a notch every ppv

Do you know how easily it takes for someone to get knocked out these days? It doesn't matter if someone is a UFC Champion, all it takes is one good shot in a good location to knock somebody out. You mean to tell me that if someone has more muscles that makes people think "oh wow yeah this guy's the truth", you know.
That's THE EXACT attitude Vince has towards guys and that's sooooooooooooooooooooo outdated. Most of the fans these days know that body size doesn't matter when it comes to beating someone's ass.

Fake. If WWE wanted to book Becky Lynch to beat Braun Strowman and they did it that took advantage of both of their abilities and it told a good story, they could. Because it’s not real. You’re telling stories using the form you have. Hell, the top movie in the world right now is Keanu Reeves being able to fight off hundreds of people, some more experienced martial artists, without being utterly destroyed and being torn limb from limb. Is it realistic? Probably not. Is it fun? F*** yes it is.

In real life, yeah, a smaller guy could whoop a bigger guy's ass. Bryan could easily kick Brock's ass, just push DB's training, stamina, speed etc. Some well placed kicks weaken Brock, and then knee him in the head. Fight's over. Brock has gotten his ass beat in the UFC. People know Brock isn't Thanos. Jeff Hardy looked good against the Undertaker. DB fought three guys in one night, two at the same time, and won. AJ took Brock to the limit. So did Finn. And again, whatever happened to, "Anything can happen in the WWE!"
