OK, I'm searching now for the stuff I've previously read and will provide links and corrections if I misread or misunderstood anything.

Blaster McMassive
Note how Blaster is also mentioned, and in the same sentence as Rory Gulak. So that led me to look up info on Blaster, which led me to a post from this very thread, back on like page 4. Where wrestlers had alluded to there being certain reasons behind him getting cut, but again, very vague. A quick search just now also led me to SomethingAwful, which I'm inclined to dismiss, since they list nearly every wrestler in the world as being accused. However, scrolling down, I did find this image (unfortunately, no link) from Twitter at the time of the initial SpeakingOut movement:
I will say that I cannot find anything that implicates Sean Burke aka Flex Rumblecrunch, so I do apologize for mistakenly including him in my line of questioning.
Icarus
So, the first thing I found via a Google search was an article where he was accused of having pictures of an underaged girl in his possession. That article is from a banned news source, however. But if you search "Chikara Icarus accusations" you will find that article, as well as others citing that one.
I also cannot find the article I'd read that mentioned The Boar, so once more, I apologize for mistakenly including them on this list.
Finally, there's Ophidian. The only thing I could find via Google was the same blog post I linked for Amasis. In both cases, I can find nothing that actually specifies what they are accused of, other than Ophidian cheating on his wife.
As I said, most of what I had seen was vague, which is why I was inquiring about it here, where there are plenty of people far more knowledgeable than I am about these matters.
Amasis
It's hard to say that the actions of one person tainted nearly two decades of pro wrestling memories and experiences for fans and the wrestlers who were fortunate enough not to feel the pinch of either Spillane or any of the deviants in the company, mainly because even if the buck did stop at Spillane, there were plenty of other people who contributed to a miserable atmosphere. Aside from Spillane, Ophidian, a long-time wrestler with the company and trainer at the school at the time of Speaking Out, was accused of impropriety. Yolanda, the popular gear-and-merch designer/maker, levied accusations against Ophidian's longtime tag partner Amasis. That doesn't even begin to cover the number of wrestlers who were booted from the company after their misbehavior reached critical mass, i.e., Spillane could no longer ignore it, like with Thomas Sharp/Blaster McMassive and Rory Gulak.
