News and NotesThe Enemy of My Enemy Is My Friend
At Summerslam it was truly a match made in heaven when "Macho Man" Randy Savage wedded Miss Elizabeth. However later at the reception holy matrimony would turn to unholy terror. Rumors turned to reality when Jake "The Snake" Roberts and the sinister Undertaker conspired to desecrate the greatest night in the lives of the Macho Man and Miss Elizabeth. While the Macho Man and Elizabeth were opening gifts disaster would strike. As Elizabeth opened a gift out popped a king cobra. Then from out of nowhere the Undertaker appeared and leveled Savage in the back of the head with the urn, knocking the Macho Man unconscious. As the Macho Man laid prone, Jake Roberts threatened a terrified Elizabeth with the cobra. However Roberts was stopped by of all people the Ultimate Warrior who sent both the Snake and the Undertaker into retreat with a chair. It's no secret that the Warrior has major scores to settle with Roberts and Undertaker but it's a wonder what he was doing at the reception since he has also had major issues with Savage with him retiring the Macho Man at Wrestlemania in the career ending match.. It had been rumored that Roberts who was angry that he wasn't invited to the wedding was looking to crash the reception. Perhaps Warrior was tipped off and decided to show up in case something went down so he could get a piece of Roberts and the Undertaker. Despite their differences in the past it appears that Warrior and Savage now have common enemies. While Savage would like to get even with Roberts all he can do is watch helplessly from the sidelines as due to the stipulations of career match that he lost, he can not physically get involved against any other WWF superstars. Failure to comply with this stipulation could result in a permanent suspension from the WWF all together. Ironically Savage's only hope for retribution is from the same man who ended his career, the Ultimate Warrior. History Making NightSummerslam was a record breaking night as for the first time in WWF history four championships changed hands in one night. Hulk Hogan captured the WWF World Championship an unprecedented third time when he defeated the Ultimate Warrior to avenge his title loss the previous year at Wrestlemania VI. Then after the match the Warrior proved he had as much class as the Hulkster when he shook the new champions hand and presented him with the championship belt just like Hulk had done to him the year prior. In a rags to riches story Virgil made a seeming pipe dream a reality when he defeated former abusive employer "Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase to capture the Million Dollar Championship and the respect of millions of fans the world over. In a match with no count outs or disqualifications, the Legion of Doom upended the Nasty Boys and proved beyond any shadow of doubt that they were worthy of being the WWF Tag Team Champions. In one of the greatest matches in World Wrestling Federation history Bret "Hitman" Hart proved that nobody is perfect when his excellence overcame perfection by defeating Mr. Perfect for the Intercontinental Championship. It remains to be seen how long these new title holders will hold onto their championships, however at least on this night they all proved that they had the skill and intestinal fortitude worthy of being champions. Real World's Champion?Recently Bobby "The Brain" Heenan set the World Wrestling Federation back on it's heels when he gave the impression that Ric Flair will be heading to the WWF after his current contract from another organization expires. While holding Flair's World Championship belt Heenan claimed that comparing the belt he was holding to Hulk Hogan's WWF World Championship was like comparing ice cream to horse manure. Heenan then stated that he would be advising Flair and that they were issuing a challenge to Hogan for match to determine who the real World's Champion truly is. Hogan and Flair were undoubtedly the two most dominant wrestlers of the 1980's and the two of them facing off has long been a dream match. Now it looks like the match will finally be happening. Flair for years has been taking shots at Hogan, calling him an inferior champion and claiming that he was ducking him. Flair now could have the chance to finally back up his claims. Or he could just join the long list of Heenan Family members who vowed to end Hulkamania and ended up falling on their face. RankingsSinglesHulk Hogan: WWF World Champion(1) 302, Venice Beach, CA 1. News and NotesGravest ChallengeAfter the Undertaker failed to capture the WWF World Championship match from the Ultimate Warrior last summer, many thought that would be the end of him as a title threat. However it's ended up being the opposite as it seems like the man from the darkside has become even more dangerous. Over the last few months the brooding superstar has become even more deadly as he's racked up win after win, most notably impressive televised victories over Greg "The Hammer" Valentine and "The Texas Tornado" Kerry Von Erich. Valentine and Von Erich are both very accomplished grapplers and former Intercontinental Champions but with the ease the Undertaker defeated them you would think they were preliminary wrestlers. As a result the Undertaker has now once again buried his way to #1 Contender status and will challenge new WWF World Champion Hulk Hogan at the next Saturday Night's Main Event PPV. As for Hogan not only does he have to worry about the Undertaker but also alleged real World's Champion Ric Flair who has been calling him out since entering the WWF. Hogan would get a taste of how dangerous both of his current foes can be during a recent edition of Paul Bearer's Funeral Parlor in which he was a guest of. Hogan was clearly leery of a trap right from the start as he looked into the coffin that Bearer stated was built for him. Then he started to approach the standing casket that the Undertaker had come out of months before to ambush the Ultimate Warrior. However before he could check it, Flair came out to confront him. As Hogan was distracted by Flair, Undertaker would emerge from the casket and blindside him with the urn. Undertaker would then begin choking Hogan while Flair started putting the boots to him. Fortunately for the champion "Rowdy" Roddy Piper and "Macho Man" Randy Savage would leave their commentary positions to come to his rescue with steel chairs. Undertaker was hit by Piper with a chair but remarkably the blow had absolutely no effect on him. Undertaker then reached down and pulled off Hogan's cross necklace before dropping it onto the prone champion. Coming off his exhausting title win over Warrior at Summerslam and also being preoccupied with Flair, Hogan could be ripe for the pickings for the Undertaker when then go one on one on October 26th. Skinner: On The Hunt For The DragonComing to the WWF straight from the Florida Everglades is Skinner. Unorthodox and dangerous Skinner is a rather nasty individual who is never seen without a big chew of tobacco in his mouth that he often spits in his opponents faces. The roughneck alligator hunter from the Everglades doesn't like reptiles of any kind and is now hunting the biggest one of all in Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat. Skinner claims that he isn't afraid of the fire the Dragon is breathing and is going to skin him alive. At the upcoming Saturday Night's Main Event PPV he will have a chance to do so when him and the Dragon go one on one. The Bully Meets His MatchSince entering the WWF in August Big Bully Busick has definitely lived up to his name. Accompanied by his loud mouth diminutive manager, Dr. Harvey Wippleman, the muscular newcomer has not only bullied his opponents in the ring but also has antagonized fans at ringside, committing such acts as popping a child's ballon with his cigar. However on the September 29th episode of Wrestling Challenge the Bully would meet his match. Busick and Wippleman would harass ring announcer Mike McGuirk to announce that the Bully wanted stronger competition and was issuing a challenge any wrestler in the locker room. Intimidated to the point of tears the pretty ring announcer couldn't even get a single word out. Fortunately Sid Justice would come to the rescue of the damsel in distress as he then proceeded to destroy the Bully, defeating him in under a minute after smashing him with a powerbomb. It will interesting to see if the Busick will recover from this embarrassing setback or if in typical Bully fashion he'll just retreat with his tail tucked between his legs.

News and NotesSnake BitIt seems like there's no low Jake "The Snake" Roberts won't stoop to. After crashing "Macho Man" Randy Savage and Miss Elizabeth's wedding reception and threatening the latter with his king cobra the Snake has continued to torment the newly weds. On the October 12th episode of WWF Superstars after winning his match he grabbed the microphone and began taunting Savage who was sitting at the commentary table along with Roddy Piper and Vince McMahon. Not wanting to risk suspension Savage tried to show restraint despite the insults of the Snake who referred to him to as a gutless coward who hid behind the skirt of a woman. Eventually Savage couldn't take any more and went down to ringside. However as he was distracted by referee's trying to stop him, the Snake would level with him a clothesline. After ramming Savage head first into the ring post he would then tie him up in the ropes. What happened next had everyone in shock as Roberts would take his king cobra out of the bag and sicked it on Savage with it then gnawing on his arm. After this disgusting attack President Jack Tunney has now banned Roberts from bringing a snake to the ring. Many are wondering what has caused Roberts to snap like he has. Many have speculated that the death of his long time pet snake Damien is what has driven him over the edge. However others are in the belief that he's always been evil and has just been playing everyone all along. Either way he's an extremely dangerous man that has to be stopped. Savage's hands are tied due to his retirement. Even the Ultimate Warrior so far has been unsuccessful in getting even against Roberts for stabbing him in the back last summer. Then you also factor his alliance with the WWF World Champion and equally vile Undertaker it seems like the WWF could be heading for some dark times. Returning To His RootsDuring the 1980's there were few wrestlers in the WWF as successful as Tito Santana. Twice an Intercontinental Champion and co holder of the Tag Team Championship Santana has just about done it all during his stellar WWF career. However at the turn of the decade it seemed like the popular Mexican athlete was starting to lose a step. Instead of being a perennial title holder like he was in the 80's he instead was becoming a stepping stone to propel others to championship glory. Many fans and people within the WWF began to write Tito off, stating he was "washed up" and that he had "lost his edge". After a couple of crushing losses to the Mountie last spring Tito decided to take some time off and return to his home in Ticula, Mexico to do some soul searching. While there Santana decided to take up bull fighting which he has long been a fan of. If he could avoid the bull then he wouldn't have any trouble avoiding the biggest and baddest wrestlers in the WWF. After four months off he would return to the WWF. Now known as El Matador, the bull fighting training as breathed new life into Santana's career. While always very quick he's even faster now and has befuddled opponents with his blistering speed. Tito has also perfected a new finishing move called the El Paso de la Muerte which means the pass of death. After doubling an opponent over with a shot to the midsection, Santana then runs off the ropes and delivers a devastating flying forearm to the back of the head. With his new style the rejuvenated Santana could very well soon have a championship belt around his waist once again. Are LOD Headed For Disaster? When the Legion of Doom entered the WWF many predicted that it was only a matter of time before they captured the WWF Tag Team Championship. After about a year they would do just that after beating the Nasty Boys at Summerslam. However something that not anyone could predict is that they very well could be one of the shortest WWF Tag Team Champions of all time going by who is going to be challenging them in the near future. The Natural Disasters, Earthquake and Typhoon, are a team that could be even more dominant then the LOD. Weighing close to a half a ton in a combined weight, the colossal pair has steamrolled over everyone that has apposed them so far. Problems between the two teams arose on the same night the LOD won the titles, Summerslam. Earlier in the night after the Disasters had defeated the Bushwhackers they started to go after Andre the Giant who had accompanied the New Zealand duo to the ring in an attempt to get even with Earthquake who had severely injured his knee back in the spring. Hobbled and on crutches the Giant was no match for both Natural Disasters. However before any damage could be done the LOD came to ringside to defend Andre and along with the Bushwhackers forced the Disasters to retreat. The battle lines had been drawn. On paper it seems like a bad match for LOD as most of their offense consists of picking opponents up and throwing them or slamming. That is going to be very difficult against two men as large as Earthquake and Typhoon. However both Hawk and Animal possess great quickness as well. Obviously they will have to rely on this ability more if they want to be successful instead of their usual approach of relying on their power to overwhelm the opposition. What also makes the match interesting is that both teams are undefeated and have never lost which in LOD's case is especially impressive since they've been in the WWF for over a year now. Something has to give. Who will it be when these two dominant teams finally meet? Seeing The LightOver the last several years one of the most nefarious managers has been "The Doctor of Style" Slick. Since entering the WWF the jive talking manager has orchestrated countless despicable attacks on fan favorites in the WWF. However on the November 4th episode of Prime Time Wrestling things would change for the Slickster. Slick's primary charge, the Warlord, was taking on "The British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith. After the Bulldog had knocked Warlord over the top rope and out of the ring with a clothesline, the Slickster hopped on the apron to try to interfere. However the Bulldog was ready for him and pulled him into the ring before delivering a running powerslam. Warlord then picked up his lifeless manager and flung him over his shoulder and carried him to the back. Apparently the powerslam was a "Come to Jesus" moment for Slick as he's now become an ordained minister. Now known as the Reverend Slick he has denounced his shady past and is striving to be a better man. Reverend Slick has now joined the Prime Time Wrestling crew as a panelist where he's looking to continue to spread his new found positivity while also adding insight to the happenings in the WWF. DeparturesPaul Roma has left the WWF. Roma's last appearance was on the October 21st Prime Time Wrestling where he was defeated by "El Matador" Tito Santana. News and NotesSavage ReinstatedIn big news "Macho Man" Randy Savage has been reinstated and will now be returning to active competition in the WWF. While Savage lost a Career Match to the Ultimate Warrior at Wrestlemania VII there was a clause in the contract that stated the loser could return to the WWF as an active wrestler if the man who defeated him decided to have the stipulation waved. After months of being outnumbered and suffering numerous two on one attacks from Jake "The Snake" Roberts and the Undertaker and needing someone to fill in for the injured Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart (see below), Warrior decided to use his power to bring Savage back. In a strange twist of fate once bitter rivals Warrior and Savage are now allies as at Survivor Series they will team with WWF Tag Team Champions the Legion of Doom to take on the dangerous quartet comprised of Roberts, Undertaker, and the Natural Disasters. Savage has been chomping at the bit to get his hands on Roberts for some time and at Survivor Series will finally get the chance to do so. Then there's some other interesting potential match ups as well with Warrior against WWF World Champion the Undertaker and LOD matching up with the Natural Disasters. Another question mark going into this match is whether each team will be able work and function well together as a unit. Everyone knows of the past animosity between Warrior and Savage but there's also been some heated rivalries amongst teammates on the other side as well. Only last spring were Roberts and Eartquake in a bitter feud against each other after Quake killed Jake's pet snake Damien. Roberts has claimed that the vile deed perpetrated by Quake "opened his eyes" and that's why he drafted him to his team. However one must think there still has to be some bad blood there. Also earlier this year Undertaker had several battles with Typhoon, then known as Tugboat. Roberts often says "trust me" in an ironic sense however at Survivor Series he very well could be leading a team that he will not be able to trust. Anvil GroundedJim "The Anvil" Neidhart will be on the shelf for a bit with a knee injury. Neidhart who was supposed to be on the Ultimate Warrior's team at Survivor Series will be replaced by the returning "Macho Man" Randy Savage. Neidhart suffered the injury on the November 9th Superstars of Wrestling when taking on Ric Flair. The Anvil realized first hand how dangerous the alleged real world's champion could be as he systematically took apart Neidhart's leg before forcing him to submit to the figure four leglock. Afterwards as Neidhart was being helped to the back by officials, the Beverly Brothers passed him in the aisle way while making their way to the ring for the next match. Not ones to pass up the chance of kicking an injured man while down, the Beverlys attacked Neidhart and injured his knee even more by repeatedly kicking and stomping on it. Fortunately the injury isn't as severe as initially feared and Neidhart will be back in action soon. The Anvil has vowed revenge against the Beverlys for their unprovoked attack and has also stated that when he returns that he won't be alone. Slaughter: Wants His Country Back
When Sgt. Slaughter returned to the WWF last year the once popular American Hero quickly became the most despised man in the WWF by becoming an Iraqi Sympathizer and aligning himself with Gen. Adnan and Col. Mustafa. However after losing his war with Hulk Hogan and suffering an embarrassing lopsided defeat at Summerslam to Sid Justise in which his troops abandoned him, the Sarge would go into seclusion. After about a month away Slaughter would resurface when a series of vignettes began airing with him standing next to American landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty and the Lincoln Memorial while pleading for forgiveness and saying that he wanted his country back. While the Sarge's words seemed sincere many still had their doubts either because they didn't trust him or they just simply were unwilling to forgive him. Slaughter realized that if were to earn forgiveness then that perhaps action would speaker louder then words. On the November 3rd episode of Wrestling Challenge when "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan was under a two on one attack from the Nasty Boys, Slaughter would rush to the ring and come to the rescue of his long time nemesis as he cleared both Knobbs and Sags from the ring before throwing Jimmy Hart onto them. After initially threatening Slaughter with his 2x4, when the crowd began chanting "USA" Duggan realized that the Sarge was indeed changed man as the two men then shook hands and saluted the American Flag. Duggan and Slaughter have now decided to become a tag team as the Sarge will be on the Hacksaw's Survivor Series team as they join force with the Bushwhackers to take on team captained by Slaughter's former teammate Col. Mustafa which will also included the Nasty Boys and Big Bully Busick. Slaughter has promised that he will stand by Duggan's side and personally take out Mustafa. Will the Sarge be a man of his word? Or is this perhaps a Triangle of Terror trap? What's Yours Is MineOne of the most sneaky men to appear in the WWF has debuted in the form of the Repo Man. Sporting a lone ranger style mask and an outfit decorated with tire tracks, Repo Man first began appearing in a series of vignettes showing him repossessing cars, in one instance for only being a day late on payments. At the recent Survivor Series Showdown event Repo Man would appear in quite the impactful way when after being paid by "Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase to repossess the Million Dollar Belt that was now in the possession of Virgil. During the Million Dollar Championship Match between Dibiase and Virgil, Repo Man would sneak to the ring like a thief in the night and take the belt. When Virgil went to take it back from him, Repo Man clobbered him in the head with the belt. Dibiase then covered the unconscious Virgil to win his belt back. Repo Man who claims that "what's mine is mine and what's yours is mine too" has also stated that he is going to start repossessing careers in the WWF and that he's going to start with Virgil. However since breaking off from Dibiase and becoming a full time wrestler earlier this year, Virgil has quickly developed into a very skilled grappler and could very well make sure that the one whose career will be repossessed will be that of the Repo Man.

News and NotesCareer TransitionBobby "The Brain" Heenan has decided to step down as a manager to focus more on his career as a color commentator. Heenan's nephews, the Beverly Brothers, will now be managed by the Genius. Ric Flair will now be managed by another Heenan client, Mr. Perfect, who after suffering a serious back injury has decided to step away from the ring for the time being to be the alleged Real World's Champion Executive Consultant. While Heenan is no longer managing Flair and the Beverlys, he is still very much associated with them as he will be serving as their financial consultant. Rockers On The RocksIt looks like one of the most popular and successful tag teams of the last several years could be headed for splitsville. Ever since losing the WWF Tag Team Championship to the Nasty Boys last June, the Rockers have had a difficult time getting back on track. Always well known for their tremendous teamwork, Michaels and Jannetty have noticeably not been on the same page for the last several months. Miscues and miscommunication have led to losses to the Nasty Boys, Beverly Brothers, Natural Disasters, and Legion of Doom. With each loss frustration has grown more and more with fingers being pointed and blame being passed. More so on Michaels part. This would again become evident at the recent Survivor Series when Jannetty accidentally caused Michaels to be pinned and eliminated. While it was clearly an honest mistake by Jannetty, Michaels saw things differently. Later in the night in an interview with Sean Mooney, Michaels claimed that Jannetty hit him on purpose. Michaels also claimed that he had been carrying the team and that Jannetty was jealous of him. Recently during a match against two preliminary wrestlers, Michaels refused to tag Jannetty into the match and scored the victory after deciding to wrestle the contest by himself. Then to further prove he didn't need Jannetty and was better off on his own, Michaels decided to take a singles match with Irwin R. Schyster on the December 9th Prime Time Wrestling. In the late stages of the match the referee would be knocked unconscious after Schyster reversed an Irish Whip and sent Michaels into the official. Schyster would then go to use his steel briefcase as a weapon but was stopped by Jannetty who ran down to ringside and took the briefcase away from Schyster. At this moment the referee would come to and see Jannetty threatening to hit IRS with the briefcase which would result in Michaels being disqualified for outside interference. Afterwards Michaels was furious at Jannetty for costing him the match even though Marty clearly had good intentions as he had come down to prevent his partner from potentially being injured. It is still unknown if Michaels and Jannetty are going to go their separate ways or remain a team. However if they are going to stay together and become champions again then they are going to have to get things straightened out in a hurry. Flair: Looking To Make An Example Out Of Hot RodSince joining the WWF last August, Ric Flair has quickly become quite a controversial figure. Flair hasn't been shy about letting it be known that he is the Real World's Champion and that he is far superior to anyone else in the WWF. Flair has set his sights high as he's targeting both Hulk Hogan and "Rowdy" Roddy Piper. On the October 26th Superstars of Wrestling Flair's manager Bobby "The Brain" Heenan was a guest of the Paul Bearer's Funeral Parlor. Heenan would claim that Hulk Hogan and his WWF World Championship was a cheap imitation and comparing it to Flair and his World Championship was like comparing lunch meat to prime rib. Piper would leave his commentary position to confront Heenan, saying that there was only one real wrestling champion and that was the WWF World Champion Hulk Hogan. Piper would then state that he scares Flair. Heenan would respond by saying that if Flair was there that Piper would be on his hands and knees begging and shining his Championship Belt. Piper then told Heenan he would give the belt a spit shine as he then spat on it and then on Heenan before saying that the next time he spit on someone it would be on Ric Flair. The following week when Flair was coming out for his match, him and Heenan would decide to take a stroll to the commentary podium where Piper and Vince McMahon were calling the action. Flair would knock Piper's head set with him and the Hot Rod then going face to face. After Heenan provided a distraction, Flair would nail Piper with his championship belt and knock him off the podium. Flair would then viciously attack Piper with officials then coming out to stop him. Piper would try to use a chair but ended up accidentally hitting McMahon with it. Flair then would use the chair to further attack Piper. As a result of this heinous attack Piper has now decided to return full time to the ring and at the upcoming Thursday In Texas PPV will be facing Flair. Will Flair prove he's for real? Or will the Hot Rod expose him as a fraud? Warrior SuspendedWWF President Jack Tunney has indefinitely suspended the Ultimate Warrior. The suspension comes as a result of Warrior clotheslining senior referee Earl Hebner after he had been disqualified and also over him no showing several scheduled matches at recent WWF Events. News and NotesChampionship VacantAt the moment there is no World Champion in the WWF. This comes on the heels of the controversial finish to the WWF World Championship match between Hulk Hogan and the Undertaker at the Thursday In Texas PPV. During the bout WWF President Jack Tunney was at ringside to prevent a repeat of the October Saturday Night's Main Event when Ric Flair interfered and caused Hogan to lose the championship to Undertaker. Sure enough Flair would once again try to interfere but was stopped by Tunney. Hogan would go outside the ring and smash Flair in the back with a steel chair. However the force of the blow knocked Flair into Tunney. Back in the ring Undertaker's manager Paul Bearer would try to interfere but his interference would back fire as he accidentally hit Undertaker with the urn. Hogan would then take the urn before taking off the lid and grabbing the ashes inside and throwing it in Undertaker's eyes, blinding him. Hogan would roll up the stunned Undertaker and pin him to win the WWF World Title for a fourth time. However when Hogan threw the ashes into Undertaker's eyes, Flair had pulled Tunney up to his feet and showed him what was happening. As a result Tunney has stripped Hogan of the championship and has declared the title vacant. Furthermore the new champion will be decided at the upcoming 30 Man Royal Rumble Match on January 19th. Since they were the last two champions Hogan and Undertaker will get preferential treatment in the Royal Rumble drawing and get to pick from numbers 20-30. It will be a very interesting situation as while a favorite like a Hogan or Undertaker could win, due to the unpredictable nature of the match and the importance of the luck of the draw the WWF World Champion could possibly a long shot who normally would've had no chance of being champion otherwise. Justice: Will His Good Deed Go Unpunished?Sid Justice has been the Good Samaritan of the WWF since he debuted last summer. Any time there has been an injustice or someone in need of help the towering fan favorite has always been there to lend a helping hand. however his latest good deed could result to harsh consequences. At the Thursday In Texas PPV "Macho Man" Randy Savage would defeat his arch nemesis Jake "The Snake" Roberts. After the match Savage would attempt to further attack Roberts with the ring bell. However he was stopped by the referee. The Snake would take advantage as he nailed Savage with a DDT. Roberts would then hit a second DDT before pulling out from under the ring a bag containing his king cobra which had been banned from ringside by Jack Tunney. Savage's wife Miss Elizabeth would run down to the ring to defend her husband. Then in a disgusting scene Roberts would slap Elizabeth in the face. Roberts would then threaten her with the bag containing the cobra before thankfully Justice would come down to the ring and run him off with a steel chair. While Justice was able to rescue the damsel in distress he made some dangerous enemies in the process in both Roberts and his ally the dreaded Undertaker. On the January 4th Superstars of Wrestling Justice was set to take on a mysterious masked man known as El Diablo. However before the match could get underway Paul Bearer and the Undertaker would come down to ringside. Bearer handed Diablo a briefcase seemingly with money in it so Undertaker could replace him in the match against Justice. Diablo took the briefcase and went to the back while Undertaker stepped into the ring and faced off with Justice. The two giants had a face off in the center ring, an exact match in height as they stared each other down eye to eye. Undertaker would strike first with a choke hold. However Justice would quickly turn the tables with a choke of his own. Right when it seemed like Justice was getting the upper hand, El Diablo would return and attack him from behind. Diablo then unmasked to reveal himself as Jake Roberts. It had been a set up all along. Justice was double teamed by Roberts and Undertaker before sustaining a DDT from the Snake. Bearer then opened the briefcase to reveal that it didn't contain money but actually Roberts king cobra. Justice would be tied in the ropes but before Roberts could use the cobra on him, "Macho Man" Randy Savage would return the favor and come to his rescue by running the villains off with a chair. Justice and Savage have vowed to have each others backs and have signed on for several tag matches in events across the country against Roberts and Undertaker where they are hoping to rid the diabolical duo from the WWF once and for all. Excellence of ElectrocutionOn the December 28th Superstars of Wrestling WWF Intercontinental Champion Bret "Hitman" Hart had quite the shocking experience. The Excellence of Execution was scheduled to take on the Mountie in a non title match. Before the match Mountie grabbed the microphone and questioned why it was a non title match and accused Hart of being a chicken. Hart would then grab the microphone and claim that he would never give a title match to jail bird, alluding to Summerslam when Mountie lost a Jail House Match to the Big Boss Man and had to spend a night in the New York City Slammer. Then Mountie's manager Jimmy Hart would throw a bucket of water on Bret. When Bret would go to confront Jimmy, Mountie would shock the Hitman repeatedly with his electric cattle prod. The cattle prod having even more effect with Hart being doused in water. After this inhumane attack an enraged Hart demanded a match with Mountie title on the line or not. The Mountie's plan had worked as he's now got what he wanted as at the Royal Rumble on January 19th he will challenge Hart for the Intercontinental Championship. While on paper the Hitman would seem to be the favorite, there are a few factors that could potentially lead to Mountie possibly pulling off an upset and becoming champion. While always known for being calm and cool, the Hitman has been in a rage lately after what Mountie did to him. An angry fighter is a sloppy fighter and if Bret can't control his anger it could lead to him not being able to keep his focus and making mistakes which could make him easy pickings for Mountie. Also Mountie will have the cattle prod with him. If the Hitman falls victim to this once again and if the referee doesn't see it then a pinfall will be academic. Also lastly and perhaps most importantly is Jimmy Hart being in the Mountie's corner. Jimmy at one time managed Bret early in his WWF career so if there's any one who knows any weaknesses and ways to defeat the champion it would be him. Regardless of what happens it should be a classic encounter when these two great Canadian grapplers go one on one. DeparturesRicky "The Dragon" Steamboat and Big Bully Busick are both no longer with the WWF. Steamboat's last appearance was on the December 7th Superstars of Wrestling when he was defeated in a title match by then WWF World Champion the Undertaker. Busick's last appearance was a loss to Kerry Von Erich on the December 15th Wrestling Challenge. RankingsSinglesWWF World Champion: Vacant1. Hulk Hogan(1) 302, Venice Beach, CA 2.
