I'd like to really...really.....REALLY think that all this is the start of something amazing, akin to the beginning of the attitude era and with Punk's speech being his "Austin 3:16" moment and the start of his rise to the top and leading a new era in the WWE. All the seeds are there for this to be something amazing and we could see a Cena Corporate Champion Heel Turn and Punk Anti Hero babyface mega push....
But is anyone else pretty sure this is going to end one way and one way only....with Cena making punk tap out?
Unfortunately....that's my prediction.

... when it was Cena against a guy with no contract. I mean, surely WWE wouldn't book a guy who is on his way out the door to win the title.
But now that WWE would not only put the strap on a guy who it doesn't employ, but ALSO fire its biggest draw ...
Wow, I have no idea who's going to win now.

I think I've become jaded, over the past while, to really expect anything other than Punk tapping to the STF or Orton RKOing Christian into oblivion yet again.
The closest I'd ever come to optimism about this sort of thing was the Nexus angle but even that wound up ending in a mess of Attitude Adjustments and RKOs.
I just hope the WWE has become self-aware enough to realize this.

Someone gets screwed over, Vince and other person form heel partnership.
Logically Cena gets screwed over, but I could also see Punk getting screwed as well.

Yup with the way Vince worded the " If Punk leaves Chicago with the title..." the MiTB winner is gonna play a role.

I gotta say that if CM Punk and Vince were working together all along, that'd be awesome.

I'm not exactly sure how...but I predict the Ultimate Warrior walks out of Chicago as WWE Champion.

I have to say, Punk partnering with Vince would make little to no sense.

CM Punk is going to win the WWE Title at Money In The Bank. Then he will take it to TNA where he will defend it against Eric Young (dressed as the Great Muta). Eric Young will defeat CM Punk and he will merge all of his titles to become the Ultimate Universe Super Duper Supreme Champion of the World.

Punk wins AND beats the MITB winner. Now that'll be interesting. Like after Punk win's, Vince come out and says the nights not over yet, the MITB winner comes out, and Punk beats him after hitting him with the WWE Championship. On topic, I have absolutely no clue what's gonna happen, and I love it. The more unpredictablity the better.

I have to say, Punk partnering with Vince would make little to no sense. Stone Cold did side with Vince after 4 year's of hatred against eachother.

cynical me says {Spoiler} Cena wins. They create heat with the angle and carry it over to Cena when he overcomes the odds against someone who has everything to gain and nothing to lose. But I'm going to give it a chance. Just don't be surprised if Punk jobs clean in a great match and then does the "off the air" goodbye promo

As I said in the spoiler thread last week, Vince adding the stip where Cena's fired if Punk wins was the sound of a hot angle coming to a screaming halt for me. I went from a surefire watching MITB to maybe checking it out online a few days later if by some miracle it doesn't end with Cena overcoming the odds again.

It's weird. This match is so predictable with Punk leaving and the "Cena is fired if Punk wins" stipulation, yet so unpredictable with both Vince and the Money In The Bank coming in to play.
I honestly don't know what to think.

Punk Wins. Vince comes down and fires Cena, Strips Punk of Belt and Fires Punk. That opens the title up for a tourney that can be done or completed at SS. Gives Cena a little time off too.

By hook or by crook, the Punker wins.
