Tempted to wait until it ends so I can bingewatch as I like to do with shows, but pretty sure I can't hold out. Looking forward to it too much

I feel like an imbecile for not getting the joke about the name Saul Goodman. {Spoiler}It's all good, man.

Really interested how the future Saul stuff turns out. I'm expecting Pinkman to show up coming at him.

I'm a little bummed that beta-Walter White is back. I thought he was a great one and done character.
I do like that he will be destroyed by season's end.

Pretty thrown by the ending, unless he's going for a major con with it.
But I enjoyed the ep a lot. I'm a sucker for shows/movies about con men and his old school, low rent con man style is always entertaining to watch.

Loved that first episode but anything short of Russo insanity would have made me love it. I'm just happy to have this show back. It felt to me that he mainly took the job because of Kim and he's clearly not 100% cool with it, hence the scene with the switch.

It felt to me that he mainly took the job because of Kim and he's clearly not 100% cool with it, hence the scene with the switch. Which is strange because Kim seemed WAY more into him when he was being himself and hustling the stock broker then when he was actually being a "lawyer" trying to impress his brother. I think he's setting up a MAJOR con or something with this company.

I really liked the episode. Bob Odenkirk is just incredible in this role.
I do think that Jimmy ultimately took the job to be close to Kim. He could be running a con, but with Jimmy, that's always a possibility.
Not a lot of Mike. But what we got was really good. It's easy to see how, someone like that, could quickly become integral to someone like Gus acting.

Good first episode. Jimmy tried to get Kim to go his way with conning the money marks, she wasn't interested after that one night, so he's going to try her way by taking the high-end law firm position. Think it could be there where he starts the road that takes him to becoming Saul, though it could be another season or two away. The road to getting there is the fun (or gut-wrenching) part.

The last ten minutes of this ep was a thing of beauty. He played it so well at the police station.
The escalation of him "reluctantly" revealing the squat cobbling video was just masterful.
Also, Kim was wearing a University of American Samoa sweatshirt at the end of the ep - Saul's Alma Mater.
