Yeah, it was a pretty good Brad Pitt movie.
Oh, you mean the WCW gimmick. Yeah, it sucked. But so did 98% of what WCW did.

I'll pay 6 bucks for a sock but I'm not spending $200+ on 15 minutes.

I watched it because I wanted to see how Triple H and JR would be used.
That said, SmackDown is a LOT better now IMO.

- RAW head writer Brian Gewirtz had an idea for Ted DiBiase, Jr. to play off his dad's legendary "Million Dollar Man" gimmick and "buy" a draft pick somehow, but the plan was shot down. ....as in buying a draft pick of himself? Stupid, since he's got the title shot. But buying the draft pick for another wrestler not on Raw to come to Raw and team with him? Damn them for not doing this. Would have made sense for him to buy Smith's draft pick.

blog.wired.com/27bstroke6/2008/06/recording-indus.html"It's a form of piracy, if you will, but not in the classic sense as we think of it," said Martin Machowsky, a musicFirst spokesman. "Today we gifted them a can of herring, about their argument that they provide promotional value. We think that's a red herring. Nobody listens to the radio for the commercials." The coalition includes the Recording Industry Association of America, Society of Singers, Rhythm & Blues Foundation, Recording Academy and others. The argument boils down to this: Radio is making billions off the backs of recording artists and their labels; and the recording artists gain invaluable exposure because they're on the radio, so royalties should not have to be paid.
