So ever since Portal 2, the L4D2 servers have been utter crap to play on. Like as bad as when they did the first DLC. Most of the tricks don't seem to work at all (official to local to official, start-cancel-start, group vote to start).
I was also waiting in one lobby where the leader left to hand it over for someone else to try and when he left somehow it immediately took everyone in the lobby but me and another dude. We actually invited a few dudes back who thought they got kicked.

Wasn't one of the big deals the fact that they managed to pick about the worst game to nationally televise every week? (Well it seemed that way looking back.) I watched a few of the games. My dad watched the first two weeks or so. My grandfather watched everyone that aired but he's a huge football fan.

My school was pretty good. The only real issues were a few teachers that lost any interest and the fact that it was getting over crowded. Oh, and our cross town rival had a newer school. Senior year, their air conditioning went down so they sent everyone home. We never had air conditioning which was annoying enough, but despite it still being insanely hot in our school we had to stay there. So we held a protest and refused to do any work for the day.
Luckily, though I graduated when I did (2001.) My sister had to deal with all the post 9/11 stuff and even more crowded conditions. Then again, she's happy she graduated when she did as after that they were sending kids to trailers for classes.
Now, they're in the midst of combining the cross town rival school with ours as guess what... they finally got around to redoing our school. The stupidest thing i the new school they're building wasn't designed for all those students. They plan to use the school I had with the new one which is still easily going to be overcrowded on top of security issues now as kids are going to be moving from one building to the other.

Judy Greer - hilariously hot actress from Arrested Development and a few failed sitcoms. She's probably the best thing going in hollywood. Yeah, I like her, too. Though now when I think of her, I instantly think of her quick topless scene in ADAPTATION. I just saw her in The Visioneers and now when I think of her, I picture that killer clothed booty straddling Zack G. Which makes Zack G infinitely more awesome. As for me... Libby was hot to trot, but sadly overshadowed by Kate, Claire, Ana Lucia and arguably tons more.

I did one online match. I had my CAW go up against HHH. Dude was schooling me right away, so I slid out of the ring, grabbed a sledgehammer and hit him with it for the DQ.

I used to love Jack's, then it got to be where I couldn't find it anywhere. I thought it was discontinued, but it turns out it was from moving and the fact that I stopped going to the same store AND moved adjacent to a Domino's.
Now, I usually grab my local chain's, Weis. It's about the same as a Tombstone only reasonably priced.

I skim through Maxim on the crapper.
To be fair, it was because amazon sent me $10 magazine credit because I ordered a year of OXM for $5 from them. Also, their $10 magazine selection stinks and I didn't feel like shelling any cash over to them.

Nice.
Blue Oyster Cult, Styx and Foghat are playing this summer at the local winery. Now, it's like $48 for a ticket, but my aunt happens to be their neighbor so I have the option of rocking out on her porch.

Hit up some yard sales today and picked up Facebreaker. Hey, it was $5... and still sealed.
Also, finished up Fallout 3 (no DLC) and it was a blast. I'm working on going back through a few saves right now to get the good/evil chivos.

so, the demos for Red Faction: Armageddon and LEGO Pirates came out. Here are my thoughts on both: Red Faction: Armageddon First off, this was made by SYFY GAMES?! Syfy Channel has a game development team? I'm not a fan of the new behind the shoulder camera, though it does work with the enclosed spaces the game has. The game starts off with the hero, looking like the mage from torchlight without hair, running away cause he dun goofed, unleashing aliens or something. He runs away, after getting chased by other people who don't like him unleashing alien monsters, and goes into the sewers, and the game starts there. Also, the guys keep chasing you, but hell if I ever saw them after. Sure, they yell and say how they see him and are ready to go after him, but nothing happens. You can stand still, look around, and you will see no one try anything. You only fight aliens, mostly with explosives, which is awesome. It arches, though, like a grenade launcher. Still, it blows up stuff real good. Also, with the new ability to repair stuff, you can blow it up, then repait it back to normal, which is good when you blow up a whole walkway and have no way to get to the next part of the level. You mostly just blow away aliens, get new weapons I barely used so I can stick with the grenade laucher, and near the end of a demo you pilot a mech, though it handles the same as you, just with a Gatling gun and missile laucher. Then, end of demo, as we get the video recaping the series, along with the last game, and detail on this one. Overall, it was okay. Well, Syfy is developing a Red Faction TV show according to the latest OXM. I imagine the "Syfy Games" is more or less a money thing. They're already shelling out tons of cash to produce Syfy Originals, might as well venture into what MTV failed at.

So apparently The Oddworld Games are back on track. One's a C&C style game, the other an HD remake of one of the first two PSOne titles with a possibility of a new game (since they'll basically have to redo one of those games from scratch).
Bad news is, as of now XBox may not be seeing them as apparently Microsoft has a 2 GB limit on arcade titles which means a no go.
I imagine there'll be a disc form eventually (possibly compilation), but I really wish Microsoft and some of the game developers would stop this bickering.

Not surprising since Tarantino appeared in Sukiyaki Western Django, a Japanese style spaghetti western, which is a pretty good flick with some absolutely amazing visuals.

It's advertised all over XBox dashboard right now, but if you missed it... Free week of Hulu Plus for XBox users. No credit card info required. www.hulu.com/plus/xbox?src=unlockAt $7.99 A WEEK, I decided it wasn't worth it, even on a free trial. I'm in for the free trial, but I definitely agree it's not worth it. A lot of the stuff is available with limited commercials on the basic service and the movies are pretty craptacular outside of some public domain and arthouse stuff. Plus from what I hear, a lot of the stuff is available on netflix as well.

I haven't watched any lately but I do love Kung Fu
Blind Fists of Bruce, Five Deadly Venoms, Snake-Crane Secret and Blood of the Dragon are some of my favorites.
