One of my favorite wrestlers.I was a Luger mark and digged the Lex Express.I liked his WCW work and he's the only wrestler who can make the torture rack look lethal.

ECW was the Nirvana to the WWF and WCW's arena rock. In the end all it really accomplished was influencing a bunch of guys that had no business being in the ring to "wrestle" Much the same as the deluge of bands that came after Nirvana that took from them the simplicity of song craft without having the ability to write a decent song. No one could've said it better. ECW was Extremely Crappy Wrestling as Jerry Lawler said. I still dont understand why there are so much ECW worshipping marks who think it is the end all be all of pro wrestling.

Smoking Gunns were my favorite tag teams when I was a kid..the WWF New Generation looked really cool with guys like Ahmed, Smoking Gunns,Bret Hart, HBK,Diesel etc.... I feel the Smoking Gunns were really underrated. If you like the Gunns, you can appreciate them in this thread...

I always found Disco Inferno to be a goof when I was a kid...never understood why he was in the nWo Wolfpack. I always found him to be mediocre at best in the ring.

Great Muta's mysterious asian martial artist gimmick was great...even Tajiri's was awesome.

I liked Warlord and I dont dont feel he deserves so much crap as people would like to say about his wrestling style. Warlord was a huge guy with decent power moves. Too bad he never made an impact in the WWF or WCW. Nailz is gonna kill ya........

Doink is the most popular gimmick on the indies. Every guy out there comes up with a Doink gimmick if he finds nothing for him. There should be a lady Doink imo, would work better.

The Kid's expressions are epic. I liked the Doink mask, more than the wrestler being lazy...it shows how creative some indy guys can be. Creative and Doink the Clown gimmicks don't go hand in hand. Matt Borne was creative because he made Doink work. Doink is one of the most well known gimmicks in the world.

Was Dungeon of Doom a take on Dungeons and Dragons, because it created so much controversy in the 80's. Maybe WCW wanted the 80's wrestling fans to tune into their shows as they would think...they are playing Dungeons and Dragons with Hulk Hogan!.WTF!

I consider Shane Douglas to be an ECW legend....he will be remembered as the guy who was the man in ECW but couldn't cut it in WWF or WCW. Shane's ego is bigger than his wrestling talent.Period.

Jim Duggan had a long career in WWF and WCW. He got massively over because of the pro USA gimmick in the WWF. According to me Duggan is a legend. What is your opinion about him?

Do you think Koko would have been a successful upper midcarder in the WWF. I think he was a missed opportunity, he was over with the crowd.
