A source told the Boston Globe that Aaron Dobson was deactivated in Weeks 3 and 4 because he "mouthed off" to Patriots OC Josh McDaniels. "Mouthing off" to Belichick wannabe McDaniels apparently costs you two full games, despite the Patriots' glaring needs at perimeter wide receiver So, what, they can never criticize the coaches? What kind of dictatorship is BB running up there?

I'm not too terribly familiar with them, but Band of Skulls has some seriously cool album covers; their latest one, "Himalayan" is just something else. Can't even say KISS for this one because a cover like this exists, Way to knock it out of the park, guys.

Something had to be seriously f***ed up inside his head. Hopefully they'll do an autopsy to find out. One theory I'm seeing a lot of is he might have been on Ambien, as supposedly that makes you do some pretty f***y things.

"I experience 500 orgasms a day and have satisfied 14 million women. Now I must go and sign my band's name off on some new merchandise like a KISS blender and a KISS pacemaker." And cue Orange in 3...2... Say what you will, but I'd be all over a KISS blender.

I think if you're a Pats fan, you definitely have to be concerned that the Raiders nearly took it to them. No, not scared enough to hit the Panic button and deem the season a loss, but... it's the Raiders and your team has Tom Brady. I don't know the details of the Pats situation and who fans are blaming for the slow start, but something's up in Mass.
As for the Broncos, I'm pissed off that they lost, but after taking a while to cool down I'm proud of the way they took it to the best team in the league in the hardest stadium to play in right now. No, they didn't win and I'm getting really goddamned tired of Fox's conservative play-calling, but there are positives to take out of this game, for sure. The biggest for me is that all game long, excluding whatever the hell happened in OT, the Defense played NASTY. Lots of pressure on Russell and some great secondary play has me excited for what's to come this season.

For the most part, yes. I'm way, way happier right now at 190 then I was at 225 this time last year, but I still have about 10-15 pounds I want to lose before I become really happy.
However, if for some reason I physically couldn't lose another pound right now, yes, I would be completely happy with my physical appearance.

What Wiki says The Fall Experimental Football League is a proposed minor league professional football league set to play on October 1, 2014. It was founded in May of 2014 by Brian Woods, a sports lawyer.[1] This league is the latest to attempt to be a feeder system for the National Football League and the first such developmental league since NFL Europe. Woods was quoted as saying about the new league: "Our long-term goal is to establish a partnership with the NFL and we feel can do that on many platforms. It would give them a way to work with younger players that they don't currently have. We can help them train prospective NFL officials - in the NBA, every referee entering the league (in recent years) comes from NBA Developmental League. We can be a testing ground for proposed rules, too." "The FXFL is a professional developmental football league that serves as a platform for the development of players, coaches and referees and provides high quality professional football at an affordable price in family-oriented venues. The FXFL employs advanced technologies to offer fans a truly interactive game day experience So a lot of bad football lol The on-field action might be less than stellar, but I'm really hoping the NFL works with this guy and makes his league their developmental deal. I'm always a fan of more football, and seeing that this guy isn't trying (which will ultimately fail) to compete with the NFL, there's a chance this might stick around.

a million dollars-it doesn't happen that often and who knows, it could have been someone passing through-the winner hasn't stepped forward. I'm a little annoyed though with the people that have taken to facebook in my area-one in particular who mentioned that they hoped the person could use it and also hoped that they were willing to give some of the money to the community. I'm sure a lot of people would probably give some money away, but hell, some stranger just kind of volunteered them to do something that really isn't their concern. Call it shaming I guess. Do you automatically feel it's your duty to give some money away if you actually won the lottery, depending on how much you actually won? Duty? f*** no. If I WANT to give money to my community or to a charity, I'll do so, but don't guilt me for spending my money 'wrong'. I could also guarantee that all of those people trying to shame the lottery winner into doing 'right' wouldn't give two shits about the community if they won themselves.

In 4th grade I bought an ice cream sandwich (we had a little snack cart that the school would do towards the tail-end of the year on Fridays), but I also wanted to play with one of my friends before recess ended. So, naturally, I stuck the ice cream sandwich in my pocket so I could eat it later and play with my friend then!
Want to know how you make an unpopular kid even more unpopular? Have f***ing ice cream melt all over his pants like a moron.

I'm still trying to figure out how Ray Rice is all but done and Hardy has only been deactivated despite terrorizing that woman and threatening to kill her. No video, would be my guess (unless there is and I'm stupid). Unfortunately it wasn't enough that Rice hit his wife, because the NFL didn't really care until video surfaced.

Incredibly disappointed with the Broncos win today. Yeah, we got the win and that's nice, but Jesus Christ did the team look terrible the entire game. Peyton and the offense played fidgety and scared, and the D couldn't get a stop AT ALL. Had Alex Smith not forgot how to quarterback on that 4th and goal the Chiefs would've won.
This team's got some serious, serious work to do going forward. All we've heard all offseason is "this D is going to be aggressive", "they learned from the Super Bowl", "Ware will play lights out and etc. etc. etc." and I'm not seeing f***ing anything that sets this defense apart from last year's. If we bring this team into Seattle next week we're going to get SLAUGHTERED.
I've seen the Broncos look better in losses than they did today in a win. Terrible, uninspired football.

... I got nothing here, folks. I got to ask long term NFL fans a serious question now - how do you stay loyal to a brand, a team or players after so much ugliness is coming to the surface? Not passing judgment on anyone, I just wonder how anyone can watch a pro game anymore without a queasy feeling. Same way I'm still a wrestling fan despite incidents like Chris Benoit; a few bad apples shouldn't spoil the bunch, and just because some f***face waste of space decides it's okay to beat a defenseless child doesn't mean I should have to stop watching a sport I enjoy. I get what you're saying, and the "doesn't mean I should have to..." isn't directed at you; that's just a general statment.

Both teams played strong last week, but I honestly think the Bills can take it to Miami and win. As for AD, I don't even know what to say. Disgusting, borderline psychopathic actions for a PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE IN HIS PRIME to do that to anybody, let alone a little kid. With all the Domestic Abuse shit going on right now you think Peterson would know better... these guys are idiots, throwing their careers away. For real. AD is, general consensus, one of if not the best back the game has ever seen; but I guess beating your kid is more important.

Actual football question to the AFC Easters on here: Sunday, my Bills play Miami. How confident should I be in our team Sunday? Disgusting, borderline psychopathic actions for a PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE IN HIS PRIME to do that to anybody, let alone a little kid.

Watching highlights on NFLN now, and, as much as I hate the Steelers, their defense really got f***ed over with some of those unnecessary roughness calls. Half of the ones that were called where shoulder hits as they should be. I get their real-time calls, but Jesus Christ I expect better from a ref that's been around as long as Hochuli.
